hylian
Had plates 430 - FIR or something similar. Ever asked to borrow one to take down to the shops and back? sneakey pete
FG F6's are going pretty cheap these days I plan on picking up a second hand FG, maybe not a F6, as my next car in a few years. The value of falcons goes to shit quickly, but its great for second hand buyers. hylian
Well you can pick an F6 up for around 50 these days. While yes, the value of them drops to shit after a few years the original 03/04 XR6T's can still be sold for around 18,19k provided they've been treated right. Typhoons are still around the 30 - 40s mark for a well treated one as well. The performance models seem to hold value a bit easier. FG XR6T is actually quicker than the F6 is anyway! Dan_B
ahh yer i know it. Company policy does not allow us to take one to the shops for lunchs and what not, every km must be accounted for on them unfortunently. Plus the customers don't like it. Beelzebub89
pfft how easy is it to account for the kms though. Oh yeah there was a noise coming from the muffler bearings so we had to take it for a road test. So that's where the extra 1200kms came from If I was going to buy a ford I'd probably be looking at one of the new Focus Rs models. They should depreciate nicely in the next few years and they'd be a stupidly fun car for day to day stuff. Either that or one of the new Falcons with the 5l coyote engine Oh and Morning Mangs. Beelzebub89
RS is the up spec XR5 I think. Or it's the replacement for it. Either way it's better. Beelzebub89
221kw and 400nm through the front wheels lol. Apparently the tricky diff eliminates torque steer very well. Would love to have a go in one. Benno31
on another note, one of my old skylines is for sale again... they changed the turbo, plenum, plumb back the SSQV & that's it... why change a GT30/40 to a GT35/40 is beyond me??? it makes less power now then when I owned it, it would be far less responsive also... http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/private/details.aspx?__Qpb=true&tsrc=allcarhome&__Ntk=CarAll&Cr=8&__Ns=pCar_RankSort_Int32|1||pCar_PriceSort_Decimal|1||pCar_Make_String|0||pCar_Model_String|0&R=9729080&seot=1&__Ntt=r33&silo=1011&__sid=12415415CB70&keywords=r33&__D=r33&SearchAction=N&trecs=9&__Ntx=mode%20matchallpartial&__N=1216%201246%201247%201252%201282%204294963846%204294963593%20900%204294799818&__Nne=15&__Dx=mode%20matchany HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA! PWND
Mangs work sucks. forcing me to do some actual work lately. not impressed. as a result, looking for another job. I feel I should be able to get away with an hour worth of honest work in a day if working for government. I actually had to put in a good 5 hours worth of work today....
