I miss holiday pay. When I was running pubs for Coles I ended up with nearly 3 months leave once I left I took 4 weeks holiday each year but most of them were time in lieu rather than holiday pay.

The logic of some people just makes me scratch my head in disbelief. My housemate, who currently has no job and even when he was working was constantly broke, just received a couple of thousand in back pay from his last gig as a DJ. Instead of, oh I don't know say paying rent and bills with it seeing as he has no idea where his next paycheck is coming from, is currently off shopping for a new laptop as the one he currently uses is too slow for him...
