Exhaust Silencers

its regency time again (not very long after last time) and one thing i cant be stuffed doing again is taking exhaust off... apparently my exhaust noise is 97db

its 4.5" Bee*R exhaust... i was looking at apexi N1 silencer, apparently its only for apexi exhausts but i see no reason why it wouldnt wrk for me... i also heard that there are places in adelaide that make exhaust silencers...

are they actually any good and where could i get one? also can i pass regency with one?
