most headlight bulbs work by twisting and then locks in..... the o-ring will seal it.

have you got the right size bulb and the right wattage?

Ok here is a pic of a dissasembled R34 GT-T non Xenon headlight

The parker is the small connector on the side...

it should twist about 3/4 of a turn anti-clock wise to detatch.

let us know how you go

Dats awsome thanks mate!! do i have to re wire anything? or can i just replace the original light bulb and it would start working..?

well ....no.

if it is the exact same Bulb, it should just slot into the wiring connector and then turn quater of a turn to lock in....

if you got the wrong globe..... get another one... no point stuffing around to modify it.

very easy to change over. just pull out old t10 parker light, plug in other one. Do a quick check before you put them back into the housing that you've got the + and - the right way around.

I had a slight problem with mine actually, only due to the SMD T10's I got falling apart

20 minutes later I finally managed to fish out the piece from inside the light

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
