Oooh Oooh make it down south!!

But can you make it july 4th? The week before? Im working the 10th.

I have the best route, its a long drive but worth it!! From near me (Australind) down south and back takes about 4hours but there's a tavern at the end (if that helps? hehe)

There's a playground there for kids etc.

If im off im keen for anything.

10th July is fine but that's a Friday.. I'd much prefer it during the day.. Sunday 12th is out due to training and the Sunday before (5th) is out due to a tournament (and the mrs's birthday.. good thing she fully support my paintball and doesn't mind me playing a tournament on her birthday!)

I've done a few trips down south in the Stag so far, most recently being Margs the weekend before last and Capel over Easter.. even slept in my swag in the back of the Stag in Margs, what an awesome Tourer ;)

+1 to that we are a busy mob i think its more because the WA group actually have stageas because they have a family need for one whereas me and you brad and other owners in other states are younger and single so any date is normally easy for us

the stagea mob is the hardest group to organise anything because everyone is busy or already booked up or just doesnt drive, i dont think u will ever see the whole stagea WA group at a cruise ever.

Maybe a driver training day then, complete with supporters?

Cheers GW

PS:Hi Kirsty, hope all is well & you got things under control there.

    • It's funny, as Ive seen plenty of people use them in cheap builds on YT. And they actually go okay, even though a lot of other maxspeedingrods stuff is terrible. Those turbos seem reliable enough, the only part being, a good quality turbo that is "identical" to it, will out perform it day in and day out. In both a lower boost threshold, and the ability to flow more air at the same boost pressure. As a cheap cheap replacement, not a terrible choice. For cheap and shouldn't blow in a day, not terrible (like other eBay/Temu turbos) for low cost and still decent performance, that's where the question comes in to play from the results I've seen. I'd actually find it hilarious to buy one, and strap it to a paddock basher or some other cheap as POS originally NA car, and send it to the moon!
    • The maxpeedingrods turbo is cheap and bolts on to stock parts. I think you just need a bigger silicone coupler for the intake. Its a cheap china turbo, but it's been running on mine for almost 3 years at 16-19 psi.
    • What do they look like right after you've tried to start it with everything connected? Also post photos of what they actually look like.
