I've seen some furnished studio style place's around Kangaroo Point starting around $290pw that will allow short term.

I'm a BDM for a a real estate office, we have nothing short term currently but PM the "ideals" and i'll see on the off chance if the property manager's know of anything that could be comming up before next Friday

I have a mate who is looking to rent out a couple of rooms at there house in Deception bay, modern house near the water. Own bathroom, foxtel, front and back decks with water views. $160 a week. You pretty much get the top floor to urself.

i got a double bed.. could use the company??

be careful...ive been away from the mrs for 4 weeks.

2nd best offer ive had since ive been here...lol

on topic...whats a blue card?

can be one of 2 things:

- a type of identification card issued by the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian after a complete national criminal history check (the "Working with Children Check").

- a card required by construction workers in Queensland.

Minimum lease terms for our units go for 6months, and rent is $450-$575/wk, they are ultra modern ultra new, this complex just finished getting built recently and we have about 20 units to rent still. PM me if you want details... Location is St.Lucia.

Oh yeah, want to know the real kick in the teeth...this is for 1 & 2 bedroom units (good investment though if you own one lol)

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
