R34 Gtt Spark Plugs And Missfiring

hey guys i have an 98 r34 gtt with

3" x force exaust

boost at 10psi

pod

just jap stealth intercooler

whats the best place to get new spark plugs? and wats the code of them? i asume copper 0.8mm gapped plugs (because i am aiming at over 200rwkw) right?

ive read the big sticky thread about missfiring which seems to get confusing i recon, and am wondering could this also fix my missfire problems?

First thing you need to do is :

1 check if the engine warning / checklite coming ON (flashing in the dashboard) ?

2 if yes, dont do anything such as replace coils or even waste time looking at them until you confirm if its a Code 21 - there are many posts describing how to check for Code 21 takes about 1 minute - a misfire may be caused by many other factors

Then start the process of elimination based on what Code you got.

In many recent posts about misfires there is so much useless speculation and misinformation - the sensible thing to do is rely on the ECU Codes (they are there to tell you what the problem is) - seems many Skyline owners never bother to do that or even d/l or read the Service Manual - lol

The Manual has all the info you will need to run any tests.

hey mate, i dont have any warning lights coming up except hicas but i no why thats there. and i have an owners manual (that i got with the car) was looking through it before. So im not sure really... had a look in the owners manual about plugs it says use platnium ones but doesnt say a code. and i kinda want copper ones anyway i think gapped at 0.8m.. can any1 tell me the code of these and where i could get them? are they the same as r32 and r33's?
