k as some of you have read, i wrote off my lovely black ceffy

I since have bought another but white and intend not to crash this one

Its as stock as they come, auto rb20de but the slightly more upmarket version of the old one with heated wing mirrors, rear window wiper and the beloved hicas- which i think ill keep

I plan to salvage all my mods off the wreck and continue where i left off, im also picking up a uras kit tomorrow which came with the car, also bought 25 box yesterday

Ill get some better pics once i get day light, but for now here it is

Yeah there's a mod called "hurry up, the vultures are getting hungry!" :(

Get matching coilovers and revert to A31 knuckles with 5 stud hubs! with different brands of coilovers (unless theyre rated the same) it must feel a bit weird to drive ?

Should be making a sexy dyno sheet once all that gear is in.

Kits gotta be ordered or created in Perth, cost would be roughly the same as shipping one from over East (might as well get some vented guards at the same time), a mildly modded Ceffy goes around 10-15k in Perth, but quiet often alot more (half cuts, rolling shells or damaged ones go around 5k), so again, sometimes cheaper to buy over East and get it shipped.

NZ Have Ceffies laying around for $1500 ...

Yeah this newy is servin me quite well, as for kits yeah eastern states are probly best for sortin one, I think there's roughly

15-20 ceffys at most in perth sum hiding away in backyards, sum with more than one haha.

Yeah sorry I havnt got back to u yet nic bout the parts, just been caught up in sooo much shite atm, but don't worry I havnt forgotten u haha

I'd like to get this all finished asap but work is always full of cars and I need a full weekend to get it all sorted, then it'll be off to all star garage for pipe work and tune, it's been toooo long without forced induction, I'm almost tempted to stick 35r onto the na 20 in my new ceffy haha just for shits an giggles hahaha

Do you know anyone with a spare Ceffy laying around in Perth? I might be needing one, dunno yet.

I know of about 8-10 road registered, and about another 5-10 track only, definately rare in Perth, JustCar had to ask me all sorts of shit about them because apparently they've never insured one before ?

Putting the 35R onto the RB20E ..... LOL, mad bastard, poor thing would last 5 minutes, tops, before you start seing pistons and gear teeth on the road in your rear view mirror.

    • Dear folks My family members have 4 different cars : Triton 2015 and Corolla 2011 and Mazda3 2012 and Hyundai Elantra 2014 Looking to buy engine oil funnel spill free What I found are are below  https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0BBTTJNKX?ref=ppx_pt2_mob_b_prod_image&th=1 https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/145553221359?srsltid=AfmBOoqYBU6Ptw0LU_bAp_k67U3qkF97HHvePkA7iHZw8vUmiwoIRaRr https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09X23TCS5?th=1 Is there a funnel with attachment that fits most cars ? Don't mind to spend for a decent quality  Thx
    • Stock ECU (or more accurately stock tune) absolutely refuses to go over 10psi and behaves like you have seen. The Nistune is the same if it is the stock tune. If the Nistune chip has been tuned, the resulting tune could be literally anything for any combination of parts. The Nistune just makes the stock ECU Tunable.
    • So stock ECU does not like anything above 10 psi?  That Nistune one is just for "try" if it will be any different, I know it need to be tune for that. I know but YOU may know about these problem but i/we dont. They few little Skylines here let alone people who know anything about tham so that is why iam asking here
    • So now we have a radiator with no attachments whatsoever. It lifts up with a particularly tight spot between the drivers side air box mount and the lower radiator outlet, but if you've got this far you will sort that too. This is the lower mounts with the rad out so you can see where the rubber bushes go, it is a straight shot upwards Done! Assembly is the reverse of disassembly, with blood less likely to be shed.
    • Right, onto the second last trick. The Air Con condenser is mounted to the front of the radiator and stays in the car when the radiator is removed. There are 2x 10mm headed self tappers holding the top of the condenser to the radiator, remove those The bottom of the condenser is attached to the radiator with clips. You need to lift the condenser out of those clips and clear (up, then forward). f**ked if  could work out how to do that last bit with the front bumper on. I hope you can, and you share the trick.  Bumper removal probably deserves its own thread one day once I've recovered the will to live, but basically you need to remove the wheels, front inner guard liners (clips and 10mm headed bolts), the self tapper between the guard and the bumper at the rearmost point of the bumper (same as an R32 that bit), any remaining clips at the top/front of the grill, an absolute bastard design with a plate that holds the top of the bumper above the headlight each side (only 1 bolt which is tricky to get to, but the plate catches 2 places on the bumper and must be removed....carefully!) and push clips between the bumper and guard under the headlight. If you've done all that you will be faced with wiring for the fog lights on both sides and in ADM Q50 RS at least, 4 nasty tight plugs on the driver's side for the ADAS stuff. So, the clips at the bottom look like this on drivers side (looking from the front) And on the passenger side (also from the front), you can see this one is already out Clearance on both of these are super tight; the condenser needs to move up but the upper rad support mount prevents that, and the radiator can't move down far because it is (rubber) mounted. Once you achieve the impossible and drop the condenser off those mounts so it does not stop the rad moving, you are good to go
