Coilovers. Nismo V Tein

hey guys

im after your veiws as to which coilovers i should use, ive been thinking between the Nismo R-tune G attack items, or some tein flex or monoflex, not sure on there spring rates, but im sure people here have used these coilovers, so im just after there (your) decripsion on them, eg, track work, ride comfort, handling etc.

I have Tein Monoflex, they are great for the street and I just did a Putty Road run on the weekend with them in - The car doesnt move, just takes the corners easily.

I cant fault them at all.
