Sup... (Don't answer, rhetorical).

I have the factory r33 auto without the wiring loom (as I was informed, that the auto loom is part of the body loom) and it is not possible to fit. So I have had it running fully manual mode. I as informed by a few auto shops that it would be ok, but I still worry. Does anyone have any suggestions about this? Or should I be worried.

I know I should go manual, but the accessories are hard to come by to fit it.

So my questions.

Can I shift it manually? Is that ok?

Any accessories fitted, are they affected (clutches, stallys etc)?

Is there any other options, other than manual? LOL

Oh, I also have a trans cooler to look after the temps.

  I'm going to assume they flipped it, as the timing setup in the AEM is catastrophically wrong. Once it is fixed, they'll likely need to swap it back to normal.

  Well, actually I would appreciate it if the car world could get away from using that terrible North American thread form, and use BSP. But yes. Pipe thread all the way. Point of order - the Japanese do NOT use NPT. Their pipe threads are The Japanese thread form, which is same same to BSP.

  Any local hydraulic supply store should have them. If in a pinch, you could also save your old copper washers by annealing them.

  Your best and only option is to verify your CAS is reading properly with an oscilloscope (I'm presuming the V2's had a built in one) and then properly sync your ignition and mechanical timing using your offset angle within the ecu. I don't understand why you flipped your CAS.
