180 wanabe
well normaly you would use a hair dryer to heat up the badge untill the glue becomes soft and lets u pull it off as for the front grill you can pop out the nissan logo but its going to look funny with no logo so maybe get a sports style mesh grill? G7
thinking i like the clean look on the back Do it in the sun. Get wax and grease remover to assist. Take the badges off with your fingernails. Use plenty of wax n grease remover to soften the existing glue. Use your fingernails to remove it. Then give it a quick polish and wax. Its easy- just time consuming. Aust350z
I did my old car wih fishing line and clay bar. Was quick, easy and couldn't tell there was a badge there before. +1 Add-in the hair-dryer to make it a little easier. Don't forget to wax the area after you clay as well. Might need a little polish too depending if there is any build-up around the badges before waxing. EDIT: importantly... and go SLOWLY!! with the fishing line Edited August 24, 2009 by Aust350z Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/284731-debadge/#findComment-4785590 Share on other sites

mosoto
You can also use De-solve it or any citrus based glue solvent. Wont hurt the paint and does all the work for you. Just dribble it over the top edges and leave to soak. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/284731-debadge/#findComment-4786283 Share on other sites
