When Rudi Giuliani was mayor of NY and administered 'Zero Tolerance', cops would have magnified stop frames of faces, logos, scars etc. Law & Order in this state is 'mud' !!! The police have wrong priorities by allocating so much staff to defect stations rather than catch bored and angry low-lifes that spend $$$ on drugs and 'tagging' their signatures on trains. And then they have to target enthusists' cars like this to part it out for more drug money.
