Try xenons lamps, like the ones listed below. not sure about the legality of them though but they are cool...

yeah its the xenon headlights

the proper xenons are worth over $1000

the mock up blue/white globes are sub $100

just fit xenons...just don't go too blue or you'll get a work order i imagine (dunno about Vic).
