Spent the day putting up my new fence, and fabricating a sliding gate (to be automated) at the front of the house. House extension is on hold at the moment whilst I've got re-submitted plans with Council, waiting on approval for some engineering changes (floor framing). Gotta keep moving on with the house, so the front yard is getting some security upgrades ... 600mm high brick fence is now 1800mm high thanks to timber slats. Gate is under construction. And I'm ripping up the front lawn for an extra driveway addition.

Next weekend, I finish the gate, and render the front of the house. Busy much?

Well I've probably found my house. Walked in today at the open and just had a gut feeling this was the one. Not getting too excited yet just incase I don't get it but will be making an offer on it

excellent, as long as there is enough room for a single bed, the GTR and a little mazda, then you are pretty much set.

and i beleive we should use this as our new mainstream form of communication, it is so much easier to get into contact with you lol

Looks nice, good luck. I made heaps of offers on houses when i was looking and all offers were above the asking price and i still missed out on about 6 or so houses, was a crazy time to buy.
