Thanks for the Links Chris! :)

Seems like it's a bit too over Priced for a Vspec II Nur ... Costing over 90K to get imported ... I suppose it's worth around the money if it's in Mint Condition ...

But I am looking more for a Bargain ... therefore I shall let it pass ... ^_^ ...

Thanks again for the Ups ... and Keep them coming ...

Have seen those two, arent they sexy? But they are a bit pricey unfortunately!

That picture looks (well, is) photoshopped and nothing like what the seller sent me. Look at the dark lines around the edges of the blue indicating this in the one KR4 posted and compare to this original one (attached). I haven't been able to check out the car in the metal as yet since my accommodation in Melbourne isn't available until Jaunary.

A tip for you Chris, don't go publically or privately criticising and abusing people when a car you are looking to buy doesn't go your way. It's a fact of life and how things go sometimes. I would guess that the admin on the forum don't appreciate it much, not to mention it's just rude and one day may get you into more trouble that you expect.

*awaits abuse from c-gtst as I had when I noticed Chris had reappeared after being banned under the 350z username - oh and matty09 (who always seems to be there in his battles and bumping his FS threads with positive comments)*

do me a favour and move the F on....they added their comments....now back on topic id rahter see nice r34's that are up for sale and some info....then u guys trying to uncover some big Conspiracy theories

cheers!

It's about fact. The losses a seller may incur from putting up that kind of information about their item for sale are to be taken seriously and can potentially be taken further, should they choose to do so. I just wanted to set the record straight.

I think that picture that you just posted is the one thats been fixed in photoshop. Why are we still dwelling on this car and cant just move along like just stated?

so wat somebody mayb photoshoped a pic? is that a federal crime for the federalisss??? cmon guys....plz move on.....

do you really think the sale of that car hinges on somebody off the net writing up a report on why they didnt like the car???

this is the last thing i'll be writing on the topic so have the last say and lets ALL move on please....

I said i would not say anything more about that particular car, i've wasted enough time on it so im not even going to bother trying to fight anything here.

I created this thread to document my experience, not for ongoing accusations.

I am more than happy for the mods to publicly post IP addresses of the two users which you believe are also me - and match them with my IP address (Im pretty sure invision boards do automatic IP logging?) and this will confirm that its not me.

As for photoshop, f**ked if i would know how to do something like that, i have the software, but i dont have the skills or the knowledge.

I'm going to take my search offline now - i think its time this thread is closed as its unfortunately not working out as i originally hoped.

There will be no further updates from myself, im going outside to kick a ball or something.

I am glad able to finalie able give something back to forum and kr4gtr for all help in forum.

I am graphic designer profession with 9 yr experiencce here in Kuala Lumpur. I look at both photos and 1 has no doubt been edited.

Going by file size and texture and file history it is clear file which been edited is the one above from GTR32 post. It larger in file size due to more layer added and to not loose original quality of graphic.

If GTR32 did not that edit file it may be seller who do it to try "pull wool over eyes" when asked by kr4gtr why 2 shade in picture?

To show possible to fix tone in picture i will attempt reproduction and post results. Will not take long.

You don't know how to use a program that your avatar was made with, Chris? Yeah, right. You seem pretty good with it here:

LOL!

Go back to calling sellers of R34 GTRs and recording your conversations (is that legal without their consent?). Just don't publically slander and abuse individuals any further, I can't stand that.

    • I thought that might be the case, thats what I'll start saving for. Thanks for the info
    • Ps i found the below forum and it seems to be the same scenario Im dealing with. Going to check my ECU coolant temp wire tomorrow    From NICOclub forum: s1 RB25det flooding at start up Thu Apr 11, 2013 7:23 am I am completely lost on this. Car ran perfectly fine when I parked it at the end of the year. I took the engine out and painted the engine bay, and put a fuel cell with an inline walbro 255 instead of the in tank unit I had last year. After reinstalling everything, the engine floods when the fuel pump primes. if i pull the fuel pump fuse it'll start, and as soon as I put the fuse back in it starts running ridiculously rich. I checked the tps voltage, and its fine. Cleaned the maf as it had some dust from sitting on a shelf all winter, fuel pressure is correct while running, but wont fire until there is less than 5psi in the lines. The fuel lines are run correctly. I have found a few threads with the same problem but no actual explanation of what fixed it, the threads just ended. Any help would be appreciated. Rb25det s1 walbro255 fuel pump nismo fpr holset hx35 turbo fmic 3" exhaust freddy intake manifold q45tb q45 maf   Re: s1 RB25det flooding at start up Fri Apr 12, 2013 5:07 am No, I didn't. I found the problem though. There was a break in one of the ecu coolant temp sensor wires. Once it was repaired it fired right up with no problems. I would have never thought a non working coolant temp sensor would have caused such an issue.
    • Hi sorry late reply I didnt get a chance to take any pics (my mechanics on the other side of the city) but the plugs were fouled from being too rich. I noticed the MAF wasn't genuine, so I replaced it with a genuine green label unit. I also swapped in a different ignitor, but the issue remains. I've narrowed it down a bit now: - If I unplug and reconnect the fuel lines and install fresh spark plugs, the car starts right up and runs perfectly. Took it around the block with no issues - As soon as I shut it off and try to restart, it won't start again - Fuel pressure while cranking is steady around 40 psi, injectors have good spray, return line is clear, and the FPR vacuum is working. It just seems like it's getting flooded after the first start I unplugged coolant sensors to see if its related to ECU flooding but that didnt make a difference. Im thinking its related to this because this issue only started happening after fixing coolant leaks and replacing the bottom part of the stock manifolds coolant pipe. My mechanic took off the inlet to get to get to do these repairs. My mechanics actually just an old mate who's retired now so ill be taking it to a different mechanic who i know has exp with RBs to see if they find anything. If you have any ideas please send em lll give it a try. Ive tried other things like swapping the injectors, fuel rail, different fuel pressure regs, different ignitor, spark plugs, comp test and MAF but the same issue persists.
    • My return flow is custom and puts the return behind the reo, instead of at the bottom. All my core is in the air flow, rather than losing some of it up behind the reo. I realise that the core really acts more as a spiky heatsink than as a constant rate heat exchanger, and that therefore size is important.... but mine fits everything I needed and wanted without having to cut anything, and that's worth something too. And there won't be a hot patch of core up behind the reo after every hit, releasing heat back into the intake air.
