sorry if this has already been covered but here goes. im going to be puttin a rb25det into my hr31 gts 4 door, and just wondering, i already have my 3 inche exhaust form my last engine in it, which is 3 inche form the dump pipe. would this suit the rb25det nicely? or would a bigger exhaust be better?. also how much of a power gain can i expect of getin a 3 inche stainless steel dump pipe made from the turbo? would it be louder?

A full 3-inch dump back system should be adequate for the job. This is a good start for a lightly modded car to a monster.

Power is hard to say, if you're running the stock R33 GTS-t ECU, turbo, etc. with your 3-inch exhaust, then at a factory 7 psi boost you may get to 180rwhp (135 rwkw)
