Os Giken Str 2c Twin Plate Clutch Kit

Not far from actually installing my OS Giken STR 2C Twin Plate Clutch Kit

only problem being when balancing the bottom end of my motor they had to remove the clutch cover plate to bolt it all up

clutch was sent to them before me so I didnt get the installation booklet (I saw in the Sillbeer blog)

Anyone know the torque settings for the cover bolts?

I have arrowed one of the bolts in the pic below.

Also wondering if anyone can confirm I can use the stock flywheel bolts as I reckon I read on here they are too long??

okay partially answering my own questions

spoke to Otomoto today and they were real helpful

reckon cover bolts should be 1.8 kg/m so 13.02 ft lbs

sounds about right

no defintative answer on the flywheel bolts though

anyone installed on of these on a 32GTR?

not 100% but pretty sure its just the s15 that you need different bolts

Na trial fitted flywheel to an old crank on the weekend with one bolt tightened right down it was still moving around enough to convince me it had bottomed out without pulling up on the flywheel ie. bolts are too long

ic, best to give the guys at otomoto a buzz again, see if they have a solution

Yeah otomoto dont have bolts either checked most of the clutch places in Darwin nothing measured em up will just cut em shorter I reckon
