hey guys,

Long time lurker that rarely posts, but since I can't send PM's to sellers anymore as I need a post count of higher than 10, here's an introduction thread.

PS: If anyone has a set of genuine Bride Gias in black for sale can you PM me please!

Many of you will know me from Boost, JDMST or from OzHonda so howdy :)

I shot these photos a while ago when I purchased & fitted a replica Mugen carbon fibre hardtop (seibon from the USA) to the car about 2 months ago. I intend to paint it blue (refer to last 3 images for example), and have a few of the things on the car fixed up - my bent passenger fender from being too low is the priority, but I also want to get the bumper and front lip resprayed while I'm at it.

Now running 12 pound through the stock internals of an F20C. I think thats approximately .8 of a bar in metric terms. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

The car runs a centrifugal Comptech Supercharger with a 3.2" pulley. The only next step I can go is a 3.0" pulley and 14 pound, but with our hot SE QLD climate, I'd rather not risk it. To combat higher IAT's with our summer weather, I'm trying to buy a frount mount radiator from the US (have been waiting on a shipping price now for about a month....), but I'm still waiting.

Car makes anywhere between 310rwhp-330rwhp depending on the dyno etc etc.

Modification Plans For 2009:

ARC Aluminium Radiator Cooling Plate.

Spearco front mount radiator for Aftercooler.

Comptech Re-inforced diff (currently awaiting for even better USD/AUD conversion as its $150US just to post it out).

Exedy Hyper Single clutch and flywheel (in transit).

MY08 LSD (in transit).

Install the Zex Nitrous kit - 75 shot & have retuned.

Port & Polish the spare Intake Manifold & spare throttle body (in transit).

Polish the spare valve cover & Intake Manifold (in transit).

Polished Supercharger & Aftercooler.

Maybe Modifications For 2009/10

Whiteline X Brace.

Greddy Oil Cooler.

Find a nice set of genuine Bride Stradia / GIAS Low Max seats & Bride rails. (always looking)

Koyo aluminium radiator.

M Racing Carbon Fibre Mirrors (if I do respray and fill door skin holes from OEM mirrors)

Anyway, on with the pics!

LOL I have already installed cat doors into the laundry where their kitty litter is, and the sun room, apart from the cat doors there's not going to be any permanent mounted stuff on the interior walls (interior doors are cheap and easy to replace) I will get a outdoor cat cage thingie once I finish the landscaping out back... https://catnip.com.au/ The only off limit areas are the main bedroom and the gym room....but, currently the cats are curled up in bed, in the main bedroom with the Mrs.....LOL, the off limits for the kittens to the main bedroom lasted about 5 minutes with Jackie I currently only have 1 free standing huge cat tree multiple level scratching post thingie in the lounge room, but, I will be getting another one soon now that I'm happy with the furniture layout in the back room and have a perfect spot for it
    • All of this is making it seem clear that running the Coppermix twin was definitely the way to go, especially in hindsight with how insane tariffs have gotten and the strength of the USD vs yen at the time.
    • That sounds like no chance of even importing one for road registering then Now I see why Duncan wants to check LHD rules for Targa...   I wonder how "bolt in" the AWD would be if you got one imported from the US and swapped it to an AUD one
