ctjet
The changing track conditions gave a mixed result. Not everybody going flat out at the end when it dried up, bit disappointed not to see some quick laps Still no clear picture as to whos where Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/300222-2010-f1-season/page/110/#findComment-5363068 Share on other sites

Roy
Hey, piss off! Chokehold is a bit of a fav of mine. He is on ESPN Star Sport a lot and he is a great guy, real car geek...and this hack of a bloke next to him who is "my nephew is so shit he needs me to start pumping his tyres full of hot air 10 years before he is even close to an F1 drive" He has gone ok this year...all up I think he is done more then Di Gassi and Bullseye Senna Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/300222-2010-f1-season/page/110/#findComment-5363594 Share on other sites
wolverine
He put it in the wall so that makes it Nelsinho Piquet-esque for mine. Nevertheless it bit him pretty hard and he is one of the most capable when the car is sideways. sh@un
watching the replay, it seems he caught the slide well enough, but then the rear gripped up and caused the tank slapper Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/300222-2010-f1-season/page/110/#findComment-5363693 Share on other sites
wolverine
Yeah, unusual for him to not catch the second one, it sure spat him out the other side. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/300222-2010-f1-season/page/110/#findComment-5363715 Share on other sites

wolverine
I can't wait to fire up the projector tonite for quali. I am crossing my fingers that Ferrari have found some pace in race trim. Roy
Well it looks as thought Ferrare have jumped the Macs for this race and Red Bull are still around the front two rows. One thing is traffic at that place is shocking. The final times for the session were a little mixed because cars kept hitting traffic, but the Fezz and RBR all seemed to get 6 or so laps out of their softs in the 1:16-1:15 range. Can't want for quali.....it looks like this track will be hard for overtaking but will be a close weekend Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/300222-2010-f1-season/page/110/#findComment-5363925 Share on other sites
sh@un
yeah- Ferrari looking potentially very handy here and the short lap will no doubt cause problems during qualy Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/300222-2010-f1-season/page/110/#findComment-5363941 Share on other sites
Roy
Vettel and Alonso are a class apart at present. Has anyone got anything in reserve for Q2 & Q3. Cant see Webz being quick enough in the first sector, he has been a few tenths off Vettel all weekend. Biggest casual gap i have observed between the two all year Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/300222-2010-f1-season/page/110/#findComment-5364064 Share on other sites
Roy
Webber jsut cant nail Sector 1 Seems Alonso and Vettel fgor front row. And tight for the next two rows. Top 6 look to be covered by as little as 0.5 sec Kobayashi driving out of his skin again! Roy
RBRs were on the hards and Alonso on the softs. Well thats what i could gather,. ESPN never tell you and its sometimes hard to pick up on screen Great to see Williams in the top 10 and Rubens 6th! Interesting to see if RBR can lift the pace on the softs. At present Webz will be struggling to get on the front row....has not been able to turn the tyres on and seems to need the extra lap to get the time... wolverine
MW knocked out a quickest last sector so maybe he has more pace than he appears to be showing but it looks like nando is a real chance.
