Ssr Wheels, What The Hell?

Ok so a while back when i was really into the SSR SP1's i came across an article that said they were going out of business, they'd filed for bankruptcy and were stopping making wheels, so i decided off getting Sp1's because it would be just too damn pricey to get another wheel if one gets damaged, as i like the 19x9 size and high offset.

Now i come across the SSR website and it looks like there still going, and are still making SP1's, WTF?

Are they still going or am i getting my hopes up for a nice set of gunmetal grey deepdish Sp1's?

by high offset i think you mean low offset...
