be careful mate this yeah the cops will slug you for street drinking, even if you just having a "quiet "one, but dont let them stop you from enjoying yourself :) but yeah forshore is nice just watch out for the dickheads

welcome dude :)

funny you say that my mate just mentioned the chicks are hotter in perth than QLD (he just moved there) haha

agreed on foreshore to...

uhm few beaches you can goto? scarborough, cottosloe, also the one just below that, laten or something...

cott has pubs and stuff lol

had awesome time, apologies i didn’t make it to the skyline meet, we ended up staying in bunbury on sat night.

the trip can pretty much be summarised by beach and boozing. drank more in the last week than i have in the last 2 years.

some things i noted bout Perth

- your blue and black lettered number plates are just about impossible to read  i want 1

- you are in serious need of chicken takeaway joints, we have 1 on every corner sometimes 3 (we like our chicken)

- noted everyone seems to be more interested in keeping in shape (possibly a result of a lack of chicken as above) :)

- we have alot more gtr's the only 1s i seen on the trip was a r35 in bunbury 1 33 gtr on Australia day in town. we also have way more autobahn type shops

- and finally, there seems to be a difference in opinion in what a tram and train are :) you have trams accept it

A tram is an enclosed carriage intended for public transportation, powered by electricity, and designed to run on rails located in the street. Trams are also known as streetcars, trolleycars, or trolleys, and they were once abundant in metropolitan areas around the world. After a decline at the end of the 20th century, trams were revived in some communities in the early 20th century, thanks to a growing interest in environmentally-friendly transportation options.

lolz at the risk of stating another huge debate we have both trains and trams in adelaide both can do the same sorta speeds.

the fact it has overhead cables determines if its a train or tram :)

    • So my rb is finally having more problems. 2 issues here but I'm here to just to mainly discuss the rattle noise. The other day when I turned on the car and when I take off or go in reverse, there is a temporary rattle noise but when I cruise, boost, idle it's completely fine no rattle whatsoever. I've also done all the servicing, all the health checks you can think of and it all passes with flying colours.  Also the rattle doesn't increase with rpm, it's only at a very certain rpm (slightly above 1,100rpm). My other car also has the same issue every once in a while. Changed the oil recently, no difference. Even took my oil to a lab and everything was quite good surprisingly. Timing belt changed a while ago to. Had the car on the hoist and can't see anything obvious. Tightened a couple of nuts on the exhaust manifold a couple of months ago. 2 different clips uploaded. One of them was supposed to another issue but I'll save that for another time. Thought I'd see if anyone had this same noise before, it's a bit hard to diagnose while it's intermittent. If I'm not mistaken, I think I had this a while back but can't remember exactly. I was thinking if it's doable I'll get someone to hold the throttle cable at 1,100rpm and hopefully it replicates the sound. rb25det rattle only.mp4 rb25det slow start + rattle.mp4
    • Haha wow, yes they do! Will sort tomorrow.
    • Yeah I’ll know when I take it for a test drive and I’ll double check the turbos as well when I have a look at it again.  Just thought maybe they might have done something in the head cause it looks like they’ve taken off the rocker covers 🤔 Thanks for your info!
    • As Duncan mentioned it's likely a remapped ECU, like the the one listed in the link I post earlier:  https://minkara.carview.co.jp/userid/444260/car/444612/2099320/parts.aspx He quoted 444PS with an unopened engine and twin GT2510s @ 1.1bar boost... sounds about right?
