Gtr Hinges , Guard Raisers And Bonnet Latch

Hey everyone I just recently bought a gtr front bar gtr bonnet and gtr guards for my gtst

:happy::)

just wondering where can I get the hinges for the bonnet the guard raisers

and the bonnet latch, apperently there hard to find I can make some

custom stuff by usin the exsisting gtst hinges and make somthing

for the guards but I definaty need the latch that holds the bonnet Dow

if anyone knows any skyline wreckers that would be great :D

there are usually some around the for sale section.. i always thought the guards and bonnet were straight bolt on, the only thing you needed was the bonnet latch... which you can make a gtst one fit, but its dodgy as apparantly. best to get the gtr one.

try an importer.. most half cuts come with bonnets and therefore the latch that is needed...

pleas post pics when youve done it... of the guards atleast... im interested to see how it looks with the stock gtst rear quarters.

110 buck for the latch from nissan

bonnet hinges 80

cant even give me the guard rasiers he said like over a grand lol

noworries mate im going to give sss automotive a call on monday

i hope some one posts it in the forsale thread

ill post up pics when im done mate im making it in the d.i.y thread

try http://www.importmonster.com.au/ yahoo auctions.. its fair bit for postage, but the only place to find what you want.. ive ordered small things coming to $20 and have cost $150 postage.. but, if you really need it and dont wanna wait . :) hope it helps

      @GTSBoy This method was able to get readings of -10 to -2, so it looks like its monitoring.  Now I need to figure out why the vacuum on the line provided isn't alternating with manifold pressure.  I went with 2 lines that an RB25 tuner recommended but I'll get a longer hose and try directly off the back of the manifold.  He may have been used to OEM intake setups while I have a DBW setup that removed the MAF and IACV.

      I work at a car detailing and tinting shop called Quark which gets all manner of German cars in usually (mainly due to a contract with Mercedes Benz Kita Osaka, BMW Nishinomiya and others) but every once in a while something special comes in, like a fully restored 1972 HS30 Nissan Fairlady 240ZG... The shop owner had immediately started applying film to the windows as soon as it was in the shop so the interior was completely covered in towels and plastic sheets. But I could get a few photos of the engine bay which was restored like new. Such an amazing car to see in pristine condition in Japan these days.

      Was going to say the car pulls up nicely everywhere, especially going into that last long right hander before the main straight. Looks like a lot of fun.

      Hey Dave, welcome aboard! Good to see another soon-to-be Stagea owner here. The wagons are awesome — plenty of space, still got that Skyline DNA, and loads of potential if you’re into mods. Definitely post up pics when you get it, everyone here loves seeing new builds. What model/year are you looking at?
