I have started a new thread after the last one was closed by my request.

Yes, this is the ex Abflug Demo car!

The car is extremely reliable, haven't had any problems.. Very safe tune, was making 470kw atw safely on E85 and is setup for big power.. I have personally known the car for about a year and a half, but personally owned it for about 7-8 months and the car hasn't skipped a beat.

It now makes 370kw at all four wheels on 21psi.

The changes from the original car include:

-Bodykit

-Wheels

-Another external fuel pump

-Rebuilt gearbox

-1000cc injectors

-Plumbed back the screamer with a flange, so it can be taken off fairly easily

-High-Flow cat

The car has been serviced by Dart Automotive and tuning has been done by JEM. The car was recently serviced on 2/2/10.

Price is now $28k and I am negotiable because I am keen for a quick sale. A lot of ppl have looked at the car, but no one has actually got the money, so throw me an offer only if you actually have money.

Call me on 0448 899 044 or PM if you have any questions or need more info!

Reason for sale: I'm selling my house and need all the cash I can get, so, for the time being, that means no big powered cars... for now..

Given all the other GTR's for sale now, and have sold, this is very well priced.

Please keep all negative/smart ass comments out of the thread.

Cheers.

Yeh it is and yes it has

then i can say with absolute certainty that this car is awsome,i used to hear this car start up and drive onto the highway from my house and sometimes lucky enough to see it drive past my house, i always quoted it as the difference between rice bubbles and coco pops, the flexi piping for the drag exhaust is unbelievable (if you still have it) you have to hear it to appreciate it, without a doubt the best sounding gtr i have ever heard!!! good luck with the sale somebody should snap this up quickly

I have driven this car and can confirm it's everything the new owner says plus more.

Something that isn't mentioned is that it has a fully built engine running 272 cams and a T88-33D

    • Wife wanted basket things in the wardrobe in our temporary house. Thought about ripping our the wardrobe and fitting the entire IKEA set, but it's a temporary house and we want to move in a few years. So IKEA advertises this as a 50cm unit, however the actually basket and rails measure 46cm wide. Only issue was depth, IKEA stuff is quite deep, where as the builder special junk is super shallow at less than 40cm. Send it, chopped the rails, then offset the mounting holes, job done, happy wife, less shit scattered all over the bedroom. Did the same to the other side too. Also drove the Skyline shit box today, dropped off oil at Supercheap Auto. I didn't realise they only now take max 2x bottles per visit. I visited 2x Supercheap Autos.
    • I've seen similar actually in my situation. You never know what tables are attempted to be used when the car thinks it's -99C or +200C. The fail state is not usually that extreme but you know what I mean - it was in my case though! This is where being able to read all the sensors is useful cause you see this stuff really quickly.
    • The above is very important. However as long as you keep timing relatively low, it's plausible to make your own knock ears and plausible to learn to tune with a modern ECU that can do wideband O2 correction like a boost controller. I mean if you only have one viable road to even drive the car on, learning to tinker to this level may be worth doing given you can't do much else with the car...?
    • I find the fact that the rear plate has to be bent inwards at the rear not so bad: but the front is just awful: It's like come on. (these are my very old, now retired/turned in plates) TBH it is a lot of money to fix a minor issue, the fact I said "I'll never really spend the money on doing this" is why people ended up buying them as a gift for a 'car guy' who can be hard to shop for.. for car guy things.
    • I just bent the ends of my premo plates. It even went through Regency like that after the engine conversion and the inspector (a great bloke!) just squinted his eyes and said "I didn't see that". Plates, and how they look, are just something that have zero importance to me.
