Headlight

hi guys, i just bought a 99model Stagea, and the both headlight in the front very yellow and still have water inside, the water is been inside there for a while, couldn't get dry or clean, what should i d or fix the problem? should i buy another pair of headlight or just get someone to clean it ?anyone know how to do it or where i can get someone to do it? i am from Melbourne .

a $14 tin of cut and polish will help clear up the outside of the headlight lens but if theres moisture on the inside that will make things harder. youd probably have to seperate the lens then clean the inside too.
