$439 on Nengun

thats hella cheap for splitfires

get splitfires if you've got the cash and you want something which is 99% reliable (one 1 in 100 has a fault apparently)

if you want to save some $$$ get some jjr ones or superspark, both have 12 month warranty (i think) but a bit cheaper

Where to buy: if you scroll down to the bottom of the screen to the box that says "Forum Home" and click on the dropdown menu and scroll way down you will find a bunch of traders (or you can buy from Nengun as above).

What to buy: Splitfires have got a reasonable track record but they are the most expensive. I believe Yellowjackets also have got a reasonable reputation by now (I got mine from http://www.performance-wise.com/ ) but no doubt someone will have bought one of the other brands and say they are working fine.

    • All my Polish car culture insight comes from watching Nightride. So I half expect this to get 1UZ swapped eventually?! Are you going to drive it in winter? I'm always curious how ATTESA would hold up in the snow. There isn't that much opportunity to try it in Australia.
    • My steering lock unit on my Infiniti G37 has failed. The car is a local 2012 Infiniti G37 (Q60 ) I need to replace the unit My local mechanic said i need to buy a complete steering wheel assembly. Does anybody no any mechanics in Gold Coast or Brisbane who can fix this issue or where i can buy just the Steering lock control unit. Thanks
    • thanks, will conduct myself accordingly. i unfortunately put about 150 miles on the car before reading this thread again, however no PS issues, and definitely no turbo issues. it spools normally and still feels fast to me, probably because my previous car was an N/A auto sedan...gonna go fix the PS vacuum line though lol. safe to say, got what i came to this thread for. thanks
    • Agreed, I've never seen a 260RS specific manual. As GTSBoy said it will mostly be stagea other than the engine loom https://www.hgeconsulting.com.au/stageaservicemanual.pdf
    • You'lll likely have to make do with R33 GTR for engine/tranny stuff, and Stagea for the body. I don't know that there's even been an actual diagram seen in the wild.
