yea i sent them an e-mail bout that, Listed below is the coilover kits that we

offer for the Nissan Skyline R32. If you have anymore questions please feel

free to contact us. Thank you for your interest in Tein High Performance

Suspension,.

HA

TEIN has developed advanced technology to design the shell case and stroke

to bring out the full potential of your vehicle. These features of the TEIN

HA Damper kit were designed with greater performance to satisfy

all your driving demands. This high performance damper can be used for

weekend racing and/or daily driving. The discomfort caused by uneven roads

or bumps are eliminated on daily street use. For race use, the ride height

adjustable system enables you to adjust ride height and 16 levels of damping

force. In other words, you can adjust your vehicle to meet all situations!

- High performance and cost effective

- 16 levels of damping force adjustment (compression and rebound together).

- Ride height adjustable

- New paint coating for rust prevention.

- Pillow ball mounts are optional (on certain applications).

- Available for overhaul in North America.

- MSRP $1400.00

FLEX

TEIN has used its years of experience in various motor sports to produce a

kit that provides the ultimate balance between comfort and performance. The

FLEX Damper Kit features the latest technology for all drivers who are

seeking comfort, performance, and adjustability. We have incorporated

separate spring perch height and shell case length adjustment, which allows

the suspension to retain more stroke and allows for more suspension tuning.

The FLEX Damper kit includes pillow ball upper mounts, which increase

steering response, and is compatible with the EDFC (Electronic Damping Force

Controller), for added convenience and adjustability.

- Full-length adjustment and height adjustment for separate setting of the

height and spring preload.

- 16 levels of damping force adjustment (compression and rebound together).

- Teflon coating for rust prevention.

- Newly designed spring seat and spring seat lock for easy height

adjusting.

- Pillow ball upper mounts are included.

- Compatible with EDFC.

- Available for overhaul in North America.

- MSRP $1480.00

CS

TEIN Type CS damper was designed to give comfort to sophisticated drivers.

We adapted a hard rubber upper mount for noise proofing and increased

steering response. A mono-tube type shell case was utilized to increase

valve size and oil capacity for improved comfort and handling. CS was made

for those who want aggressive looks, and increased handling with out

sacrificing any loss in comfort or added noise.

- Improved ride comfort over original shock absorbers.

- Hard rubber upper mount is used for noise proofing.

- 16 levels of damping force adjustment (compression and rebound together).

- Ride Height Adjustable

- A mono-tube design and increased shell case diameter to allow for 30%

more oil capacity, as compared to OEM shock absorbers to handle the upsizing

of wheels with lower profile tires.

- Available for overhaul.

- MSRP $1660.00

RA

TEIN RA has been designed for circuit racing and aggressive street use for

experienced drivers. It incorporates mono-tube design for larger valves and

increased oil capacity. Maximum road handling and driving stability is

achieved through aggressive spring rates and damping force.

- Mon-tube design for maximum performance.

- Constructed of A7050 aluminum for weight savings (on certain

applications), strut type suspensions have an inverted steel shock absorber

for durability.

- levels of damping force adjustment (compression and rebound together).

- Ride height adjustable.

- Exclusive designed pillow ball upper mount for optimum performance.

- Available for overhaul.

- MSRP $1770.00

RE

The Tein Type RE is like the Type RA, but with an added full-length

adjustment system. The ride height is adjustable without changing the

preload of the spring. This is the special feature of the full-length

adjustment system due to threads on the lower bracket. The Type RE has a

wide range for setting the stroke and length of the shock. It is possible

to set up this suspension for various road, weather, or track conditions

while maintaining optimal suspension stroke. Features include: mono-tube

design for larger valving and increased oil capacity, aluminum casing for

weight reduction, Full-length adjustment and height adjustment for separate

setting of the height and spring preload, 16 levels of damping force

adjustment, pillowball upper mount, and available for service.

- Mon-tube design for maximum performance.

- Constructed of A7050 aluminum for weight savings (on certain

applications), strut type suspensions have an inverted steel shock absorber

for durability.

- levels of damping force adjustment (compression and rebound together).

- Full-length adjustment and height adjustment for separate setting of the

height and spring preload.

- Exclusive designed pillow ball upper mount for optimum performance.

- Available for overhaul.

- MSRP $1900.00

RS

TEIN has used its years of motor sports experience to develop a kit for

ultimate damper tuning. Type RS damper gives the user separate compression

and rebound adjustment (16 levels x 16 levels), which allows the driver to

set up the suspension damping force to meet any track conditions.

Furthermore, wishbone suspension and multilink suspensions have a reserve

oil tank for larger oil capacity, to reduce added heat from track racing and

performance driving. Strut type dampers are designed with inverted shocks

for more horizontal stability.

- Mono-tube design for maximum performance.

- Compression and rebound damping force is adjustable separately (16 levels

x 16 levels).

- Extra reserve oil tank for larger oil capacity for wishbone and multilink

suspension.

- Inverted structure for more horizontal stability for strut type

suspension.

- Exclusively designed pillow ball upper mounts to optimize performance

- Available for overhaul in North America.

- MSRP $2310.00

    • Bummer...yeah i "need" something to "ease" up the work and for my driving it would be enough.    Iam counting the tune "without" turbo. I do not mean "cheap" like something from Temu around 200 USD, "Cheap" is something around 1000 USD?
    • Starter motors used to use the weight of metal (magnets) to provide torque. Now they use (more) current instead. This. It's completely normal.
    • So thing that had me stumped, but I think is OK....is that when it was up in the air, in neutral I had it running to bleed to coolant while I put the wheels back on. I noticed the rears were turning (slowly) which I'd never seen before 20250928_163512.mp4     Because there had been an issue with clutch slip due to pedal adjustment on the dyno, I assumed there was still and issue so spent some quality time upside down under the dash adjusting the pedal....but no matter what I did the wheels still turned in neutral. Even disconnected the master cylinder to pedal rod and same. In despair, I even removed the clutch slave so there was no chance of any preload causing it.....still happened. So either: 1. Something is not right in the bellhousing, or 2. Its a thing sometimes with cold, thick gearbox oil Internet says it might be 2, I hope so!
    • OK, few more things sorted and it is ready for a shakedown on 10-Oct, with one weird thing. Changed the run in oil and filter for the good stuff. 8l came out, about 8.5 went in with filter so that looks all good. Changed the starter (again), this time for a brand new one, works good. Interesting that the Taaaarks one is shorter than factory but spins harder, I guess electronics have moved on a little in the last 30 years. Will be nice to have a bit of extra space under there. Put the timing cover back on, and noted where the cam gears were set as a record.  Will need to double check the timing but it is pretty close. Also put the coil pack cover and intake snorkel back on. Exhaust Inlet Changed the water out for coolant, bled up nicely. Removed the rear brake pads (well worn factory sumitomo ones!), gave the hardware a good clean and reassembled. I've put bendix XP on the back again because the price is excellent at $150 a set and they worked well on the V37. Front pads have plenty so no issue there
