hey guys

got up for sale my r33.4r skyline. the car im selling as a rolling shell pretty much the car comes minus motor, box, ecu, loom, brembo brakes and seats. the reason im selling the car is because i have a new project and transplanting to the other car, was going to keep the car and rb26 it etc etc etc but due to currently studying money is tight to do another project. i have owned the car since early 2005. although being a rolling shell the car still comes with some good mods.

below is a run down of all the parts thats coming with the car.

Engine bay:

enginebay painted

200mm intercooler with most piping

hidden wiring of fuse boxes etc etc

jza80 raditor to suit r34gtr front end conversion with custom made overflow and secondary overflow

custom made s/s catch can

engine dampener

custom 3 inch exhaust from like front pipe back to twin tip muffler

Body:

r34gtr front end: genuine plastic front bar, fibreglass lip, fibreglass vented bonnet, uras conversion gaurds, r34gtr hinges, latches and bumper support, and r34 headlights with HIDs

nismo front gtr indicators and nismo side indicators

respray in black

type m bodykit

stealth wing

ganador side mirrors

carbon b pillars

shaved boot lock

wheels and suspension:

drifttek 17" inch wheels 9 inchs back and front in black with red lip in good condition with khumo tyres with 95% thread

d2 track coilover suspension

nismo rear strut brace

tomei 3way front strut brace

cusco brake stopper

whiteline rear adj camber bushes

tomei hicas lock

std lsd diffs axles etc etc drops good skids

3/4 of tailshaft

interior:

everything in interior except my apexi gauges and afr gauge, 32gtr seats, alpine deck and gear knob

dash in awesome condition

greddy profec b spec 2 boost gauge

nissan floor mats

autometer monster tacho

apexi rsm

cusco half cage with custom harness bar and cross bar

sparco harnesses driver and passenger

fire extinguisher

aftermarket steering wheel not the omp one in photos and boss kit

also will recieve existing stereo:

alpine vpower 4 channel amp

alpine type-r splits

eclipse 10inch sub in custom boot install

so that there pretty much is the run down of whats in the car, in the fuel tank there is a walbro pump that supports my previous setup of 400hp, also there is a surge tank setup in the boot which is not connected but will come with fittings to hook up surge tank has 044 pump, krc filter, earls braided fittings and custom made surge tank.

the car is unrego'd how ever it is easily registerable

if you need a motor, box, brakes , etc etc i can arrange that for you aswell

i will not part the car out

and please no time wasters

price is $8000 ono

is i were to part out the car i will get more but as i dont want to have the car laying around for ages id rather sell it as this

    • Yeah, it's getting like that, my daughter is coming over on Thursday to help me remove the bonnet so I can install the Carbuilders underbonnet stuff,  I might get her to give me a hand and remove the hardtop, maybe, because on really hot days the detachable hardtop helps the aircon keep the interior cool, the heat just punches straight through to rag top I also don't have enough hair for the "wind in the hair" experience, so there is that....LOL
    • Could be falling edge/rising edge is set wrong. Are you getting sync errors?
    • On BMWs what I do because I'm more confident that I can't instantly crush the pinch welds and do thousands of USD in chassis damage is use a set of rubber jacking pads designed to protect the chassis/plastic adapter and raise a corner of the car, place the aforementioned 2x12 inch wooden planks under a tire, drop the car, then this normally gives me enough clearance to get to the front central jack point. If you don't need it to be a ramp it only needs to be 1-1.5 feet long. On my R33 I do not trust the pinch welds to tolerate any of this so I drive up on the ramps. Before then when I had to get a new floor jack that no longer cleared the front lip I removed it to get enough clearance to put the jack under it. Once you're on the ramps once you simply never let the car down to the ground. It lives on the ramps or on jack stands.
    • Nah. You need 2x taps for anything that you cannot pass the tap all the way through. And even then, there's a point in response to the above which I will come back to. The 2x taps are 1x tapered for starting, and 1x plug tap for working to the bottom of blind holes. That block's port is effectively a blind hole from the perspective of the tap. The tapered tap/tapered thread response. You don't ever leave a female hole tapered. They are supposed to be parallel, hence the wide section of a tapered tap being parallel, the existince of plug taps, etc. The male is tapered so that it will eventually get too fat for the female thread, and yes, there is some risk if the tapped length of the female hole doesn't offer enough threads, that it will not lock up very nicely. But you can always buzz off the extra length on the male thread, and the tape is very good at adding bulk to the joint.
