I think the formula goes something like this:

chance_of_pullover = being a p-plater [+60%] + driving like a knob [+30%] + having attention grabbing car [+10%]

So if you take the p-plater and "driving like a knob" factor out its around 10% or less

That is the forumula - scientifically analysed for 30seconds in my head
