Yup, saw that one! 'Tis pretty f*&%ed up though.

He was driving a Peugeot 406 and the copper stuffed up the boxes on the form (put 406 under speed, and I guess the speed against the model of the car)

406 miles/hr = 653.394km/h. I suppose they still have his real speed though.
