R33 Gtst Cluster Problem

hey, on my r33 gtst in the morning when the car is cold or when the car has been sitting in the shade rather then in the sun my bloody cluster does not work correctly. Speedp needle moves to about 40ks and then the bloody thing gets stuck and you have to tap it but once u drive for a while more then 10 15 mins it works fine or if u get it over 100ks it usually works or if the car has been out in the sun it works as advertised lol. Oh nd the rpm side works fine so i just end up driving off that side haha. Can anyone help.
