Hey guys,

So the new Assassins creed comes out on thursday, who is getting it?

From what ive seen, the gameplay and graphics look amazing as always, but the the new multiplayer gameplay, it looks insane

Something like assassins creed meets a C.O.D Deathmatch

Me.

Although I buy most games LOL.. I Loved AC2 and the story is said to continue along those lines.. Multiplayer should add a nice touch to it also.. Interesting to see what the Brotherhood is for.. Don't wanna be spending my time allocating jobs to other assassins.. Looks like they are hidden in all windows and shit to kill those who spot you following someone, etc..

Yea hopefully theyre just bodyguards, having to tell them what to do all the time would kinda suck.

But i have faith in the game creators  they got it so right the last 2 times.

I really want that Harlequin player tho haha

While I liked the first one.. It got kinda annoying.. Climb this tower.. Stab that guy.. Climb this tower.. Stab that guy.. Oh next i think you should climb this tower.. Then go stab that guy..

Second one was good cause it all tied in a storyline and kinda tied it all together.. Maybe the first one was the build up but got a bit repeatative in the end..

Yea i agree, the tasks you had to do to build a profile on the target before killing them was incredibly repetative, but the rest of the game made up for it.

Second one was definately better after they took those little tasks out though

1 got repetitive and having to blend constantly got annoying but i enjoyed it, and 2 was a massively improved game. Story line was awesome and i'll be getting on number 3 for sure.

I enjoyed 1 and 2 and will definitely get 3...

Expensive month November is for gamers - COD7, AC3, Hot Pursuit and then GT5!

Either your dead inside or you simply forgot about fallout :D

I have some uber collector waste of money edition pre-ordered.

I played partly through FO3 and it bugged up on me and wouldnt let me through an area so I gave up.

Were you on a console so you couldn't use the console?

Yeah I was playing it on PS3, I reset the console and played from last save point but still no good couldnt go through that point where I need to go and couldnt be bothered starting from the beginning again so I gave up got a refund on the game... I've got it on PC now but still havent bothered playing it.

The downfall of all consoles

no tilde

I have some uber collector waste of money edition pre-ordered.

I got the "Codex edition", whatever that is, i will look at the extra bits once and then never again but i always do it, i just WANT it lol

I got the black edition of AC 2 with the model of Ezio, I thought that was pretty gd

I cant wait to get this game if it is anything like AC 2 then a month of my life is some how going to go missing and I wont know what happened.

I will be doing the same :(

Getting the Auditore edition from EB's... I can't fcking wait!!! AC2 was simply brilliant! Beautiful setting, compelling storyline, excellent graphics and ever better gameplay! I agree with what most of you guys have already said, AC1 was ground breaking but ridiculously repetitive, AC2 just took out the bad bits and made the good bits great, and I think ACB is going to up the ante just a little more!!!

I was trying to explain to a friend of mine who's never played AC before, that the ending of AC2 was beyond epic. I don't know about you guys, but never, ever, have I WTF'ed at something like I did at the ending of AC2 once Ezio descends into the Vault under the Vatican!! Sure a plot derived of absolute genius! In short I was both awestruck and amazed..

Yeah i loved te ending.. Ties in real world shit and makes me want to find out where it heads.. That's why i was hoping the campaign follows along the story. Looks like it does..

Brotherhoods takes off right from the end of AC2, Ezio and Mario sneak out of Rome back to Monteriggioni when all hell breaks lose. I assume you knew that already though, what I'm fascinated by is apparently when Desmond and the crew escape the safe house at the end of the game, they set up base in what are the modern ruins of Monteriggioni... I can't wait to see what happens to Desmond and how they're going to further integrate him into the storyline..

So is there a single player section to this at all or is it purely multiplayer?

Sorry if i havent read through the whole thread if it has been answered already but i am just about to buy AC2 and really dont want any spoilers, am wondering if i should buy brotherhood with it if it continues on the story. If its just a multiplayer version i will give it a miss.

yeah single player also.. multiplayer is just an awesome added extra.. after the end of AC2 you would def wanna play AC brotherhood as it continues on.. woooo

i picked this up this afternoon.. big w have it on special for $75 if anyone is interested.. EB and GAME, etc should match the price..

    • Hi, SteveL Thank you very much for your reply, you seem to be the only person on the net who has come up with a definitive answer for which I am grateful. The "Leak" was more by way of wet bubbles when the pedal was depressed hard by a buddy while trying to gey a decent pedal when bleeding the system having fitted the rebuilt BM50 back in the car, which now makes perfect sense. A bit of a shame having just rebuilt my BM50, I did not touch the proportioning valve side of things, the BM50 was leaking from the primary piston seal and fluid was running down the the Brake booster hence the need to rebuild, I had never noticed any fluid leaking from that hole previously it only started when I refitted it to the car. The brake lines in the photo are "Kunifer" which is a Copper/Nickel alloy brake pipe, but are only the ones I use to bench bleed Master cylinders, they are perfectly legal to use on vehicles here in the UK, however the lines on the car are PVF coated steel. Thanks again for clearing this up for me, a purchase of a new BMC appears to be on the cards, I have been looking at various options in case my BM50 was not repairable and have looked at the HFM BM57 which I understand is manufactured in Australia.
    • Well the install is officially done. Filled with fluid and bled it today, but didn't get a chance to take it on a test drive. I'll throw some final pics of the lines and whatnot but you can definitely install a DMAX rack in an R33 with pretty minor mods. I think the only other thing I had to do that isn't documented here is grind a bit of the larger banjo fitting to get it to clear since the banjos are grouped much tighter on the DMAX rack. Also the dust boots from a R33 do not fit either fyi, so if you end up doing this install for whatever reason you'll need to grab those too. One caveat with buying the S15 dust boots however is that the clamps are too small to fit on the R33 inner tie rod since they're much thicker so keep the old clamps around. The boots also twist a bit when adjusting toe but it's not a big deal. No issues or leaks so far, steering feels good and it looks like there's a bit more lock now than I had before. Getting an alignment on Saturday so I'll see how it feels then but seems like it'll be good to go
    • I don't get in here much anymore but I can help you with this.   The hole is a vent (air relief) for the brake proportioning valve, which is built into the master cylinder.    The bad news is that if brake fluid is leaking from that hole then it's getting past the proportioning valve seals.   The really bad news is that no spare parts are available for the proportioning valve either from Nissan or after market.     It's a bit of a PITA getting the proportioning valve out of the master cylinder body anyway but, fortunately, leaks from that area are rare in my experience. BTW, if those are copper (as such) brake lines you should get rid of them.    Bundy (steel) tube is a far better choice (and legal  in Australia - if that's where you are).
