sort of.. new vegas is a different location.. different person.. but ultimately a basic expansion on the game.. awesome none the less

Brotherhood for those interested in how it ties in.. Well it is literally the next part of the story.. you start off in the room exactly where AC2 finished.. weapons and all :P

you also have your items from AC2.. money the clothes you were wearing.. etc

AC1 was definitely repetetive, AC2 was really more of the same, just that the repetetive tasks were broken up into different sequences. It's really the game's only downside as the storyline & theme are quite interesting & the gaphics are superb

gonna pass on getting this new one for now, at least until it gets cheap later on :)

I might consder getting it after payday.

continuing the theme of the end of AC2. was there anybody else who was amazed that the pope was so strong "for an old guy". (ignoring the fact that it was the end boss fight. I just feel that for an old geezer he had alot of fight in him)

Getting the Auditore edition from EB's... I can't fcking wait!!! AC2 was simply brilliant! Beautiful setting, compelling storyline, excellent graphics and ever better gameplay! I agree with what most of you guys have already said, AC1 was ground breaking but ridiculously repetitive, AC2 just took out the bad bits and made the good bits great, and I think ACB is going to up the ante just a little more!!!

I was trying to explain to a friend of mine who's never played AC before, that the ending of AC2 was beyond epic. I don't know about you guys, but never, ever, have I WTF'ed at something like I did at the ending of AC2 once Ezio descends into the Vault under the Vatican!! Sure a plot derived of absolute genius! In short I was both awestruck and amazed..

Complete opposite effect for me it was a bee's dick away from jumping the shark.

Meh, each to their own I suppose.. Frankly I reckon the whole plot-line is genius, others my disagree, but I do like the originality none the less.

Pretty sure it's niether original or genius.

Super tech alien race that can put memories into DNA that span millenia because they could see the future.

How'd they get in so much trouble in the first place then? Riddle me that.

I totally agree with you, the ideas behind Assassin's Creed is awesome. I cant wait to receive my copy of AC3 in the mail along with NFS Hot Pursuit :P

Loved everything about ACB!! The counter attacks which you can link up to assassination kills were awesome and had endless amount of fun pifing my axe at guards lol wouldn't of minded Leonardo to be more involved tho ...multiplayer VERY VERY frustrating yet incredible addictive should be awesome with a couple patches which are much needed but yer overall awesome!

I think the game sucks, the environment is less diverse than an area of the board and the multi player is unique, but without action and the story feels like it only extended the latter to make more money. Ubisoft has fallen in my estimation they hope to work with future soldier.

Better than the first one yes but the concept doesnt change that much.. I think it's more the story behind it.. I can't put my finger on what is better about 2 & 3 over the original LOL..

But I would definately play the 2nd one before Brotherhood.. So you can understand the story behind it..

Well they took away the repetative background information missions you had to do before each assasination, and the third one added the killstreak counter attacks

    • That sounds like no chance of even importing one for road registering then Now I see why Duncan wants to check LHD rules for Targa...   I wonder how "bolt in" the AWD would be if you got one imported from the US and swapped it to an AUD one
    • Not to mention they drive like a bucket of bolts! yuck!
    • Ha ha ha, that's fair mate! We have the crackhead dogs now. Mainly because the missus wants the crazy dogs while she still has the energy and capacity to be able to keep up with them! Ha ha our current two are both Working GSD, there brothers and sisters (from the same litters) are in Police, Corrective Services, and I believe one did end up in defence force too. They're wild and fun, yet right now, both curled up asleep on the lounge room floor while we watch some TV. Mal is very likely the next dog (unless I get my couch potato guardian dog 😛 )   What are your Kitties names? Are you planning some house work, like those high kitty shelves, built in scratching post, and some cat passages from one room to another room?
    • Maine Coone, did look at but to big and fluffy As for performance dogs, we had Mals at work, performance dogs are fun to watch, but, way to much work for this old rooster
