Hi,

Due to changing work commitments I may have to sell my Skyline. I am heartbroken to have to do this but I think it is going to have to be.

You must know this is a 1 Australian mature owner and has been meticulously cared for.

I enjoy owning and driving the car, not thrashing it. Has been beautifully maintained and is without a doubt the cleanest one that I have seen.

Not a mark on the body or interior and has a Genuine 95,000kms. It is completely mechanically sound and has been services meticulously.

Details and features are:

R33 GTS-T Series 2 Coupe

Manual

95,000kms

18" 350Z track edition wheels

Turbo back 3 inch exhaust (jasma approved but has a nice deep note) - the car arrived with this from Japan

Aftermarket radiator - cost $495

New fuel pump - Walbro item $300

Turbo Timer

Twin airbags

Alarm and Immobiliser - Professionally installed and all to Australian standards so you can enjoy cheaper insurance

Stereo - Double din DVD player, Apline speakers all round. Professionally installed at $2400 the lot

Air conditioner is VERY cold (rare for these) and the climate control system as well as all other electrics works like a charm

The timing belt was professionally changed. Included a new water pump, new gates timing belt, new camshaft seals and new tensioners. Work cost $1000

The car has also been services every 5,000 kms with full synthetic oil and quality filters. The diff and gearbox have also been services with synthetic fluids.

Body is clean and mark free. Paint is regularly waxed and washed with Meguiars products

Interior is mark free. Car always has mats in it and the interior is cleaned regularly.

Mechanically the car is perfect, NO leaks, NO rattles, NO squeaks, NO problems whatsoever. Drives like it was built yesterday. The driveline is very tight and the car passed a compression test when I bought it with flying colours.

The car will come with 12monts rego and a RWC.

The car is finance free and has never been in an accident. I am willing to let the car be tested in any way you require as I have nothing to hide.

Now I know how good an example this is. I won't sell it for less than it is worth however I am open to reasonable offers.

Looking for $13,999 ONO with RWC and 12 months rego

I am negotiable on the price and will consider a lower price with no stereo, standard radiator, your own wheels or without RWC/Rego etc.

NOT interested in trades at this stage. Thanks

Don't waste your time buying a slightly cheaper skyline that has been knocked around when you can buy such a good example and know you don't need to spend a cent on it!

Please feel free to contact me with any questions but no joy riders thanks, test drives only for those who have a deposit.

    • Impossible to remove the housing while turbo is installed on the manifold on the engine. So I have to do it anyways. I plugged it so there will not be any debris in there. Will vacuum aswell
    • would a r34 gtr hood line up with gt/gtt stock fenders? after latch, front bumper and hinges are swapped for gtr ones? or would the fenders be too low or high in relation to the hood surface? ( I believe seeing somewhere that gtr front fenders use some type of riser for the sides, but do not know how that relates to stock gt/gtt fenders.)
    • You just need to remove the compressor housing, not the entire turbo. I would not be drilling and tapping anything with the housing still on anyways.
    • So, I put my boat on a boat. First of all, I'm going to come out and say it. Why is Tasmania not considered a holy goal, an apex that all road-legal modified cars go to, to experience? This place is an absolute wonderland of titanic proportions. If people are already getting club runs for once in a lifetime 30 person cruises to Tassy then I've never seemed to see it. It is like someone replaced the entire place with an idyllic wonderland for cars, and all of the people living there with paid actors who are kind, humble, and friendly. Dear god. After doing a lap of almost all of the place I've found that it's a great way to find out all of the little things that the car isn't doing quite right and a great way to figure it all out. All in all, I drove for 4 hours a day for a week and nothing broke. I didn't even need to open the engine bay. This is by all means a great success, but it has left me with a list of things to potentially address. I also now have a 3D printed wheel fitment tool which annoyingly hasn't got any threads in it to actually assemble it. I might be able to tape it together to check the sizing I actually want to use, but it'll likely involving pulling the shocks out to properly measure travel at least at the front, and probably raise the car while I'm at it, at least in the rear. I scraped on quite a few things and I'm not sure how else to go about it. I was taking anything with a bump at what felt like 89 degree angles. And address those 10 other tasks. And wash the car. God damn it is dirty. And somehow, the weather was perfect the entire time - And because I was on the top of Mt Wellington it turns out it was very much about to freeze up there. I did something I typically never do and took some photos up there in what must have been -10 and the foggy felt like suspended ice, rather than mere fog. If you own a car in Australia, you owe it to yourself to do it.
    • Damn that was hilarious, and a bit embarrassing for skylines in general 😂 vintage car life ey. That R33 really stomped. Pretty entertaining stuff
