rb20 gearbox onto rb25

Hi, I have heard rumours that the rb20 gearbox can bolt up to the rb25 engine.

Can anyone confirm this?

Basically i am looking to convert my auto r33 to a manual. I know the rb20 wont be as strong, but at the moment thats not a drama.

what would be involved in this project?

I'm sure the box would fit, as you can bolt an R33 box up to an RB20 ... just the reverse of what you want to do.

You'll need all the other stuff like clutch pedal box, the manual brake pedal box, master cylinder, clutch, flywheel, hydraulic lines etc

But it should fit.

Just don't expect it to last too long
