Just put my new bootlid on and it came with Infiniti badges, will be debadging it this weekend so wanted to see if there is any interest in them? Lets say $30? Or if you are local and have a spoilerless boot, I can swap that plus cash so the badges are already on and in position.

I'm always fascinated by this topic. I've owned 3 generations of Skyline, so I'd always personally go for that branding. However, the practical business side of me has always know that imports were a bad investment. Now, should Nissan ever bring the Infinity brand into Australia to compete with the likes on the BMW M-series and Lexus, then this would be a branding which strikes me as being smart to have on the car. Nissan have hinted at this for the last few years although admittedly it's yet to happen.

So, not wanting to start a Jihad or a flame war, if you have the Infinity branding - keep it for now if you're concerned about maintaining the value of your car. The people who know what the Skyline is, will know what the Infinity is. The people who know neither, may eventually if Nissan makes Infinity their flagship brand in Australia (maybe, possibly, eventually...)
