The guy at the Nissan dealer is going to see how many are in Japan and get a few sent over..

lol ordered completely different part number, how much they charge you for the proper ones?

mine is on its way

Dont know as yet. The last ones were $13 bux each, Id say maybe $20-$30 for the proper Ceffy key.

Hopefully they are cheap!

I just got a phone call from Nissan advising the Ceffy key - KEY00-00091 is no longer available. I asked if there is any in Japan and the Nissan dealer said Japan advised this has been discontinued for some time.

I am going to call another Nissan dealer just to be sure!

^^ Mint Cefiro like yours, your better off getting a Laurel dash with the other bits you need to make it fit. Easy, virtually same cost, and makes the car MUCH nicer.

Done it to both of mine.

Speaking of C33 Laurels.

4x C33 Laurel Door cars, retrimmed in leather.

Late model, have lights on the front doors that light up when door is open (wire that up to the roof light)

leather was a factory option , as the lights . i doubt the door trims are interchangable if you were thinking about it for your ceff , would be cheaper to buy some leather and trim your stock ones :)

Not keen on the fake wood on the C33 dash. Did they do any without that?

    • Ha ha ha, that's fair mate! We have the crackhead dogs now. Mainly because the missus wants the crazy dogs while she still has the energy and capacity to be able to keep up with them! Ha ha our current two are both Working GSD, there brothers and sisters (from the same litters) are in Police, Corrective Services, and I believe one did end up in defence force too. They're wild and fun, yet right now, both curled up asleep on the lounge room floor while we watch some TV. Mal is very likely the next dog (unless I get my couch potato guardian dog 😛 )   What are your Kitties names? Are you planning some house work, like those high kitty shelves, built in scratching post, and some cat passages from one room to another room?
    • Maine Coone, did look at but to big and fluffy As for performance dogs, we had Mals at work, performance dogs are fun to watch, but, way to much work for this old rooster
    • Yep, it was only an option on the Q50 Hybrid.  Same in Japan as far as I know. And doesn't use a centre diff like the Suby's do, so not the same as the WRX.  But it also isn't a reactive AWD like other Nissan AWD vehicles are, eg. Murano/Xtrail/etc.
    • You should have got a Maine Coone then. Only thing is they're big. But so cool, and just like a dog. Or, just get yourself a high performance dog. That'll teach you for wanting Parkour indoors 😛
    • Are you thinking of Bens R32? I don't remember if his went through the bonnet itself, but it went through the chassis rail. Brad (RISKIN) bought it, and turned it into a track car. It's funny how anti people are of Jim Berry now. I remember when I pulled mine out (during an engine change) and inspected it and found it cracking badly. At that point in time so many people were even on SAU, were so pro Jim Berry, and that was after Bens GTR exploded his quite publically.
