No horsepowers intended.

i was going to get a full set of Superpro suspension and cradle bushes. But I just got back from Fulcrum (because I missed the tech night there) and other than a loose top bolt on the drivers side rear strut top, all my bushes are good.....they were quite surprised, and I can spend $580 elsewhere :)

So now that my plan has changed. I'm not sure what exactly to get, but this is my list so far.

Hicas locking bar

Center caps for wheels

Wrap or plastidip center console inside.

New video card and mousepad (already paid for and installed)

new front rotors and pads...finally get rid of that annoying and increasingly ear piercing squeak.

New front speakers.

Brake fluids replaced and new ABS module (if I can find one for a reasonable price)

Booze for origin tonight
Jim Richards dinner tomorrow night.

Get my exhaust lifted up higher under the car.

and If cash permits Either build a new computer (only need CPU, MoBo, RAM, and cooler) or swaybars.

No horsepowers intended.

None of this involves an ECU and tune...I think you have missed something.

Hicas locking bar

Bodo, if your considering a hicas lock bar. This might be worth a look... A full eliminator kit, i got this on my car and find is absolutely awesome. Car feels s much more connected to the road etc. But i have not driven a car with Lock Bar only so not sure of comparison. I was pushed towards this kit instead of the bar only

Sweet! bright orange, can you see it under the car at all?

this is the one I was going to get. As it saved having to replace the hicas tierod ends.

But seeing as everything is fine under there, I'm just gonna stick with getting the regular old locking bar. as there is a big price difference.

Yes, orange is very visible under the car

:/ I'd avoid then unless cop attention is what one is chasing. Apparently new laws coming out and they might be trying to get us for lots more srupid little things.

    • Seems like a decent result for a modded JZX110. They are bulky in comparison to the 100 and 90 models (which I'd prefer myself) but they are getting very few and far between here in JP these days. Thanks for the detailed review and the import process into the UK. I also have a car which I'm hoping to export from Japan at some stage so it's good to know if someone from the UK was interested in it. By the way the corrosion underneath is par for the course for cars which were located in/near the mountains or along the Japan sea coastline. They get huge amounts of snow every winter and the sodium chloride is used on the roads. Many cars have some kind of rubber like treatment underneath but they tend to limit it to the wheel arches underbody and fuel tank. Suspension arms and sub-frames will have similar corrosion to your JZX110 which is a common sight. See it all the time and car dealers here generally don't even mention it unless asked.
    • If the sound goes away when you clutch in, the 1.5/2 way diffs are just shit, and you are a normal person. The diff is likely "fine" but driving at anything under 30kmh is a violent horrible experience. It would be exaggerated with solid diff bushings and subframe bushings if you have those.
