Guys,

Im on the hunt for a clean, possibly modified R33.

Was looking at R32's but I am after a GTR if its a 32...so might need a little bit more funds. Otherwise I'm keen for a kitted RB25 32 if found at the right price.

For now, does anyone have a nice, mildly modded, wingless, decent colour (No white ones) R33?? would prefer intercooler, rims, bolt ons etc.

I am located in Gold Coast but can travel to Brisbane to inspect any vehicles.

Please msg me via SAU or email pics and details to [email protected]

I already know of import vehicle value as I have owned many skylines.

Thank you

If you can manage to get $3k more I've got my R34 GTT for sale, on the Gold Coast.

Cheers.

Are they the original kms? do u have service books for those kms?

Are you negotiable on the price?

thanks

As far as I'm aware, I've only had the car for a year now, the previous owner didn't supply it.

I have never really looked in the glove box to see the papers haha.

The car is at the mechanics at the moment getting front pads done and also fitting a HICAS lock bar.

I'll check when I get the car back this arvo.

I still have the revs certificate from when I was looking at buying it.

On the certificate it states that the car had 70,019K's on it when it was imported back in 06.

Not really negotiable as it is already extremely cheap for a R34 GTT manual coupe,

Plus I need the money to help pay for my wedding and honeymoon which is in three months.

Cheers.

Fair enough, good luck with the wedding btw

The K's are rather high, not saying its not a good buy tho. Definitely worth it at that price.

I would be more keen on a R33 coz of price and extra mods I can get in the deal. Thanks for the offer mate

I didnt realise R34's are going around for so cheap these days. I recall mine costing 29K in 2006-2007 from Phantom Motors...F@k that I wouldnt have waited 4 years haha

Oh well, good luck with your sale bud.

cheers

you could have my R33 for 15,000 only 65,000 ks on it got service and pappers to prove you wont find a cleaner one on here

Are you in Queensland?

Dont really have heaps of time to travel interstate thats all. Would rather grab a local buy

well if you were keen as and were def going to buy it id drive it up there i got family but there

Again, not saying its not worth it, definitely keen but not at that price...Im being offered less for newer cars.

thanks

Yeah they've dropped heaps, there's still a few getting around for $18k - $20k with lower k's on them.

If you change your mind let me know.

Thanks.

if i were u i would go a s chassis with a regoed rb25det in it or buy a 32 with a 25det in it.

33s are way to boaty on the rd even if you do sus mods.

32s are the best to drive and 34 for looks and power.

my old 32 4dr rb25det man is up for sale in sa but he wants to much now he put up the price.

if not keep it in the bank and give it 6mths and 34s will come down again.

many r32 with 25s for around 10k tho or even less. keep looking and dont buy the first one u see.

but that is my 2c

Try find a nice 32. I've owned both 32 gtst and 34 gtt and i prefer the 32 as a drivers car, obviously the 34 has the better engine but with 32's less then half the cost of a decent 34 you'll have plenty of cash to put in a 25 if you got a 32.

Dont get a 33, far to common and boat like :teehee:

very keen on a clean R32. There was one on here for sale while back (1-2mnths). White with RB25 and white leather interior. Big rims etc...

looked schmick too but I think he was chasing around the 13 mark. Well worth it

R32 with 25 or GTR would be ideal. I also saw a 32GTR going for 13,500 which seemed like a good deal. Gunmetal Grey, pretty standard

R33 I want as I know they are a bit newer and have the rb25. So yes, very confused on what to buy

As for leaving it in the bank....hmmm nah I dont trust that CEO of commonwealth Bank coz he mite raise interest again to fix his f*kd teeth haha

Still looking. Hopefully an old friend off this forum will contact me shortly

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
