Up for sale is a grade 4 b 1998 r33 gtst 40th. I tried to import this from japan to canada temporarily but canada will not let me have her, now she is sitting in a warehouse in canada customs labled for export. I have never seen the car in person but the exporter had video and inspection done for me and I have all the proper docs needed, not sure how Australia works but perhaps a broker could help. I am selling cheap as I have a few weeks to export the car from canada or else they take it and I lose all, selling for 3000 cad. I have alot of detailed pics and video available upon request.

Yeah, sneaky1 I'll double you on that,

- no info on profile

- no details on car

- one post/topic (this one)

- international

Plus these type of scams are all over carsales.com.au

Yeah good luck with the fake sale mate!:spam:

I am no scammer!!!!!!! If anyone knows any exporters such as braveauto or sastrad kk, ask them, I have nothing to hide! I have the vids and auction sheet, bol, manifest, etc. to share with a serious buyer. Canada has a 15 year rule, this car is 13, but in canada Im on a work permit, and I have imported a newer than 15 year old car before. Customs canada said no this time for no reason. Tried to fight with them but no go. I have references as well over at jdmvip.com. A very good and unbiased forum for all around the world.

I AM WILLING TO TRADE FOR A 1994-95 GTST OR GTR

Who guys id say its legit, but wouldnt you of checked the 15 yr rule before importing it?

Believe me I checked and have imported a newer than 15 year old vehicle into canada. My status as a temporary in canada allows me to import any car, provided it is exported when I leave, or is 15 or older by the time my permit in canada expires. This time around they gave me a hard time and I believe its because skylines have a bad name in north america. Even brokers told me I should be fine and to just go talk to them but I dont have time as the vehicle must be exported this month and I dont have time to appeal the decision. Thats why I just popped up on here desperately trying to sell it and Im sorry to come off as a scammer but I am not, and if anyone has a broker or agent and is interested, I can talk to them and provide them with any and all documentation and then they can prove this car is where I say it is and is what I say it is. I wanted to join this site anyways because Australia has a vast amount of knowledge on skylines and you guys speak english as well so it makes it easier! I also know that there are alot of parts for skylines in Australia.

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
