Boxing stand/gym station: Asking price - $100

Hardly used item. Always in garage. Just taking up space. Bought on ebay here for $327 including shipping: http://www.ebay.com....item27b3e77dd4. Exactly same model. No boxing bag included since I have misplaced this. Bag was not filled anyway. Other bags (speed punching) is only air filled as per instructions. Always used Biff sports boxing bag on stand - very good quality.

Boxing bag: Asking price - $50

Biff Sports Martial Arts boxing bag. Bought new locally - prefilled. 25kg sand. Very tough - used occasionaly when I got pissed at work but otherwise hardly used as well. Hence reason for sale. No chains come with it though.

Gym bench: Asking price $20

It's a bench - what more can I say. Got another multipurpose bench on sale so don't need this anymore.

    • Unless you're fortunate enough to buy a newer car, getting an older style plate to match your name/car is difficult because they've already been purchased.  Unlike other countries, personalised plates are locked to the country and not region, so there can't be multiple versions of the same plate but with a different area code.  Hope that helps

    • That's why I said it is a meaningless term. Because there is more than one meaning that people can apply to it. When we said "highflow", that is exactly what we mean, and exactly what is done. In a highflow, they take your housing and machine them out to take bigger wheels, have a better internal profile, etc etc, and fit a new core with the different/better/bigger wheels.
