So dropped a wheel the other week but lets not go into that.

Need to find out some prices for some adjustable rear camber arms for my series 2 manual Stagea

getting quoted $340 for a pair of Kazama Rear camber arms

and

My front outer bushes for my front are worn??? apparently these cost 170??

um

what do i do. i would rather get a pair of cusco's for the rear and not sure about the bushes for the front, if anyone could help me please

Thanks

Well, given that Skylines and Stageas are known to be hard on their front upper bushes, you'd have to say it was reasonable to replace them if someone says that they're worn.

The rest of your question doesn't make much sense. Wanna rephrase?

Do you really need adjustable rear camber arms, how much camber adjustment do you need? You can get roughly 1.5 degrees with bushes on the rear with x2 kits (I realise a couple of camber kits cost more than the huge amount of pillow ball arms out there these days) but you don't have to worry about the bearings wearing out and knocking around. As for the front you might as well get ofset poly bushes for the front control arm outers (fulcrum do inners as well), at least you'll have some front camber adjustment. My RS4 sits roughly 340mm front and 330mm rear and I was able to get enough correction with inner and outer front control arm ofset bushes and inner and outer ofset bushes on the rear camber and traction arms. I previously had all pillow ball adjustable arms on the car and went back to bushes because I got sick of them wearing out and the maintainence on them. I did keep my front castor rods though as the ofset bushes don't give enough +ve castor for my liking and I'm not forking out $500+ for Ikeya Formula bushed castor rods. Whiteline do make bushed adjustable camber and traction arm but they're not cheap either. Also I ended up having to get adjustable rear toe rods (non hicas) as I ran out of toe adjustment on the rear. I got NeoTec ones from NZ and they are one of the best looking arms I used/seen yet and the prices were good too. $160 shipped. But seeing as yours is a manual stagea you should have hicas so you might have enough adjustment in the rear toe rods.

    • Ha ha ha, that's fair mate! We have the crackhead dogs now. Mainly because the missus wants the crazy dogs while she still has the energy and capacity to be able to keep up with them! Ha ha our current two are both Working GSD, there brothers and sisters (from the same litters) are in Police, Corrective Services, and I believe one did end up in defence force too. They're wild and fun, yet right now, both curled up asleep on the lounge room floor while we watch some TV. Mal is very likely the next dog (unless I get my couch potato guardian dog 😛 )   What are your Kitties names? Are you planning some house work, like those high kitty shelves, built in scratching post, and some cat passages from one room to another room?
    • Maine Coone, did look at but to big and fluffy As for performance dogs, we had Mals at work, performance dogs are fun to watch, but, way to much work for this old rooster
    • Yep, it was only an option on the Q50 Hybrid.  Same in Japan as far as I know. And doesn't use a centre diff like the Suby's do, so not the same as the WRX.  But it also isn't a reactive AWD like other Nissan AWD vehicles are, eg. Murano/Xtrail/etc.
    • You should have got a Maine Coone then. Only thing is they're big. But so cool, and just like a dog. Or, just get yourself a high performance dog. That'll teach you for wanting Parkour indoors 😛
    • Are you thinking of Bens R32? I don't remember if his went through the bonnet itself, but it went through the chassis rail. Brad (RISKIN) bought it, and turned it into a track car. It's funny how anti people are of Jim Berry now. I remember when I pulled mine out (during an engine change) and inspected it and found it cracking badly. At that point in time so many people were even on SAU, were so pro Jim Berry, and that was after Bens GTR exploded his quite publically.
