Changing Diff Ratios

hi guys im just wondering if its possible to change diff ratios with actually using another diff.

i have an NA r34 GT with a diff ratio of 4.089 or something, im just wondering would it be possible to change it to 4.3 or 4.4 (with changing cogs) is this possible?

p.s i dont want to buy a gtr diff lol im just wondering if this is actually possible.

yes it's possible as long as the crown wheel and pinion fit in your diff casing (and fit onto your diff centre). many skyline diffs are interchangable so if your NA R34 has a R200 chances are that yes you could put a different crown wheel and pinion onto your diff. but honestly you may as well get an LSD to go with it.

my r34 has an rc40 diff with and has LSD though
