Welsh Plug

ok so i know this probs isnt the right place to post this but my r32 blew the welsh plug at the back of the head the other day so i just wanted to know if there is anyway i can replace this with out taking the head off or the motor out? and if so how do i go about it?

the car has a twincam rb30 in it if that helps at all??

The head will have to come off you won't be able to get in there to tap the new one in plus there must be a reason it cam out in the first place
