Blue Screen On R-34 Dash ?

Hey guys whats up,

im just a new member to this website and i really need some help with my car and i cant seem to understand whats happened with it.

my car is a Skyline R-34 G-TT, its an automatic NON-Turbo...

Just a few months ago this screen popped up and it wont let me play C-ds anymore or use my AUX, also what happens my windscreen wipers make my doors open and lock everytime they are used in the rain lol, its really bloody annoying and i cant see to understand whats going on, i took some pictures of the screen, its in japanese because obviously my car is an import and i have no idea what it says, please if some one can set me in the right direction into what it means and how it can be fixed it will be very highly and much appreciated, thank you
