Ive been reading but I want to be 100%.

Just wanted to know it if it is a good idea to install LOW (not superlow) King springs into my r34 skyline. Ive been reading around that superlows damage the stock shocks of skylines so Im not keen on ruining my shocks for looks. But will LOWS do the same?

Does anybody have experience with this ? I have a nismo bodky on my skyline already but just wanted to drop it down a little more. King springs im after are the KDFL-101 in the King spring catalogue http://www.kingsprings.com.au/catalogue/kings_master_catalogue.pdf.

Before anyone mentions coilovers I just want to know if this will be a suitable option at the moment as it costs less and if it isnt worth it, ill invest in coilovers in the future.

thanks
