Hi guys.

I started a separate thread on this, but I put it in the wrong section >_<

I've had a few of the Adelaide guys ask me about running a group buy on the AM Performance M35 exhausts, similar to what is on mine.

These exhaust components, dump pipes, mid pipes and cat back exhausts, are designed to bolt up to the factory mount points. So if you have one of Scotty's dump pipes, and a Nismo exhaust, you can just get the mid pipe if you want. Or you can get the whole lot, depending on what you need.

I need 5 people interested to go ahead. If you're interested, let me know.

For more info check out the original thread: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/387032-eoi-am-performance-m35-exhaust-group-buy/

Any questions just let me know!

PMs replied.

Little bit of interest, mainly in custom touches. I'm going to get proper photos of my twin muffler catback on the weekend, and I'm going to talk to Andrew about all of the custom requests.

If there are any more requests let me know.

Whats the sound level like on theses?

Andrew, sound level is whatever you'd like. Twin mufflers will get you a nice deep note, and a lower sound level.

I'll try and use my mobile to check sound level, but I'm not sure how accurate those apps are?

I may be interested in the full system- off the turbo back- dump/front whatever its called right through to and twip tips, not titanium finish.

If you can price it up with postage to Sydney please. (insured?)

Thanks

Assuming you want twin mufflers, most people seem to be after quieter systems...

Dump pipe (catless) - $420 (usually $480)

Mid pipe with 200 cpsi ceramic cat - $400 (usually $450)

Cat back exhaust with twin mufflers - $870 (usually $930)

Total = $420 + 400 + 870 = $1690

Installation in SA is $280, postage is $75 Australia wide.

    • The fancy pants red shock tower brace is finally incoming from MX5 Mania, getting it shipped from 'Merica has been a long and problematic process, and GWR, the 'Merican supplier will not ship directly to consumers outside of the US, Mania basically had to order a heap of them, the colour choice was silver, or red, and we all know anything red adds 5 killerwasps of dynotorques..... Whilst it does fit over a 2.5, and I've seen a few photos and videos of it being installed and fitting, google also says it might get real close to the FAB9 intake front runner, people in the US says it does fit with the FAB9 intake, except for one person who said it slightly touched.......so there is that.....LOL..... As it seems that I am the first in AU to have this combination of parts there's no local knowledge about fitment, so I'm just a willing guinea pig in this endeavour, I'll cross my fingers and toes and hope for the best In other news, I ordered stuff from China  on the same day I ordered the 23° silicone bend from Victoria, the stuff from China arrived a day ago, the 23° silicone bend is still travelling around Australia thanks to Australia Post, and "may" be here next week
    • Very good news...I contacted Racebox about it last night. My car is a 2016 so remains to be seen if it is compatible, requires a TCU swap, or is impossible.
    • What ECU are you running? This is probably the biggest question. If it's a PowerFC, I'd probably change the ECU and get something newer that will handle the injectors in a nicer way.
