Get on to theses guys; http://www.ebay.com....5#ht_500wt_1054

They have some AXIS parts right now, maybe they can help you.

What's the issue with Import Monster? You realise that they have to wait for all the parts to turn up at their Japanese warehouse, pack it in a container, it then sails across the ocean to Australia, goes through customs, goes to their Melbourne warehouse, and then gets delivered to you? For what they charge; I think the wait is quite acceptable given the savings you can make on components.

Maybe contact Jesse Streeter.

If you want parts fast; go to Nissan. But don't cry about the prices.

There's a common theme I'm noticing with your posts at the moment Adam; this is a forum; we exchange ideas and help each other out when needed. But when we ask for advice we also take some responsibility ourselves.

We are not your parents.

We are not your minions to send to do your bidding.

If you want a wrecker to find some parts for you; RING A WRECKER!

Don't just post impotent cries for help hoping someone will spoon feed you all the parts you need to reassemble your car.

You will find the task ahead a fair challenge I suspect; but you need to understand this is your responsibility, not the responsibility of a community to which you have not contributed thus far.

Use the forum search function before posting; hell, Google; Stagea, AXIS, Spares, Wreckers, Australia, in any combination, you will find the info you want, and you might learn something in the process.

If you show some initiative first, but subsequently run up against a wall; people will help you. If you continue the way you seem to at the moment; you'll find life quite hard, I suspect.

If you think I'm being overly harsh; feel free to contact me.

Cheers, Dale.

Jesse will take longer than IM for container parts and about the same timeframe for air parcels.

Lacking a little sleep Dale? :P

I see what you are saying and agree completely. This ain't the V35 section after all! (man, some of the questions that threads are created for to ask are just unbelievable)

Adam, there will be no quick fix when buying a damaged M35. Generic Aussie delivered car, yes, but don't expect it to be that easy with your car.

1. this guy was a big help to me, i asked for his number and gave him a call the other day, i told him about my car, he sold me a nose cut, LHS fender and is sourcing me the fan off the motor from one of his mates.

2. contacted jessie, he said he didnt have his own container so shipments only get sent out every 2-3 months if i remember rightly.

3. called every wrecker in adelaide, this is why i asked the forum.

4. i did use this, i searched up import wreckers adelaide and found a thread with a big list, so i called them, then i also called a couple other that were on yellow pages

Fair enough Adam, that's why I posted a link for you. Fair play for having a go.

Jesse is at a bit of a disadvantage; as he pays for space in other peoples containers.

It's a bit of a shame you weren't looking a few months ago; there were several AXIS front ends on Ebay.

What is the issue with the timeframe using Import Monster? I really think you could save some serious dollars if you can wait. I bought an Aero front bar for $120 using IM; no way could I have done that over here.

Haha, I was referring to just walking down to the local wrecker for a spare part.

    • Not sure the US can import anything other than the C34 Stagea's, but if you can and you need to to tow, DO NOT under any circumstances get an M35 Stagea. If it is just as a family car and your country/state allows it, absolutely and definitely get an M35 (3.5L if possible as it is effectively a 350Z) over a C34.
    • Punch your VIN (nm35-xxxxxx) into Amayama.com You can see everything there quite easily.
    • Thanks for that, I'll check it all out. I can always do the brakes last anyway if its a problem.  The 16's are super cool, if they do fit I'll cruise around with them for a bit.
    • Well, that's kinda the point. The calipers might interfere with the inside of the barrels 16" rims are only about 14" inside the barrels, which is ~350mm, and 334mm rotors only leave about 8mm outboard for the caliper before you get to 350, And.... that;s not gunna be enough. If the rims have a larger ID than that, you might sneak it in. I'd be putting a measuring stick inside the wheel and eyeballing the extra required for the caliper outboard of the rotor before committing to bolting it all on.
    • OK, so again it has been a bit of a break but it was around researching what had been done since I didn't have access to Neil's records and not everything is obvious without pulling stuff apart. Happily the guy who assembled the engine had kept reasonable records, so we now know the final spec is: Bottom end: Standard block and crank Ross 86.5mm forgies, 9:1 compression Spool forged rods Standard main bolts Oil pump Spool billet gears in standard housing Aeroflow extended and baffled sump Head Freshly rebuilt standard head with new 80lb valve springs Mild porting/port match Head oil feed restrictor VCT disabled Tighe 805C reground cams (255 duration, 8.93 lift)  Adjustable cam gears on inlet/exhaust Standard head bolts, gasket not confirmed but assumed MLS External 555cc Nismo injectors Z32 AFM Bosch 023 Intank fuel pump Garret 2871 (factory housings and manifold) Hypertune FFP plenum with standard throttle   Time to book in a trip to Unigroup
