Do the standards to which the engineering certificate was given still apply or are we limited to what modifications we can do as opposed to what we could get engineered prior to this? Furthermore, whats the actual point of changing it up, dodgy engineers?

So, our taxes go up to pay for more "engineering" they shouldn't have due to safety, but will.(im talking about computer screens in the passenger side. Wouldnt be real safe in an acco now would they?)
