  • 1 year later...

I rang up www.autobookworld.com today asking for the R34 Owner's Manual.

The owner was out, but the employee said they hadn't had one for a while.

He did offer me though, a two volume set of the official workshop manuals including wiring diagrams for the BNR34. The set was expensive.

I called back later when the boss was in and he discounted them after holding them since 2009.

They're in Japanese although English is juxtaposed to Japanese in the index.

Knowing that Maria can read and translate Japanese...

That price became too hard to resist I'm afraid > got em

That 1st volume of course can be downloaded or it's available on disc Afaik.

Hi Terry, I do not care if it is a copy as I need an owners manual as I have no idea about some of the electronics , is there a site where I can get a copy, free or pay is OK . I tried and got the full workshop manual and have downloaded it but NEED the owners manual.

Maybe all of the combos GPS, radio, DVD, Bluetooth , reversing camera etc in the R34s are all different, but the one I have does not even have a brand name on to suss it out.

Hope someone can help

    • All of this is making it seem clear that running the Coppermix twin was definitely the way to go, especially in hindsight with how insane tariffs have gotten and the strength of the USD vs yen at the time.
    • That sounds like no chance of even importing one for road registering then Now I see why Duncan wants to check LHD rules for Targa...   I wonder how "bolt in" the AWD would be if you got one imported from the US and swapped it to an AUD one
