How To Remove Paint And Scuff Marks?

Hi guys, recently just tapped my side fence on my rear quarter, and has some small scuff marks of what looks like paint transfer between the brown fence and my car with brown scuff marks.... any idea how I can go around removing it? will cut and polish remove it?

I had something similar to this when the wife hit the shade cloth on the side of the house only it was on the rear wheel arch

Took me 10 mins to get all the marks of the car using cut and polish but it did come off

Try a small area first and just go lightly but should work fine then use a wax or some not so harsh polish to finish the job once all the marks are gone
